As this matter relates to CSI, the company has learned that it too had been mislead about the BBB. The BBB is trying to make CSI pay it tens of thousands of dollars in order to give CSI a better rating under the guise of becoming an accredited company with the BBB (This is called extortion in my book). CSI is simply not going to do that.
